The growing tummy is a part of your body which is changing the most. It is a symbol of a pregnancy which is admired by your family and friends, but not necessary by you. You notice that your waistline is disappearing and every activity requires a lot of effort. 

Moreover, you suffer from constipation. You should get regular exercise, drink a lot of water and add more fibre to your diet. You will find fibre in such fruits and vegetables as : apples, pears, spinach, parsnip, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, carrots and beans.
