Raw Diet

Raw Diet

by Richard Kozinski

Cooking food and breaking down enzymes can lead to losing some food’s nutritional benefits. The main rule is to restrict food that is cooked or heated in temperature above 118 °Fahrenheit. You can eat as much as you want. You don’t need to take any breaks between meals. It’s essential to eat raw food. It should be fresh and not processed.

Cooking food destroys much of the natural enzymes and it results in digestive problems. Moreover, most vitamins and phytonutrients are destroyed during cooking or processing in the temperature above 130 degrees so they're less available for assimilation. So when you cook your food, you destroy the nutrients.

Being on the raw diet you can enjoy delicious meals. Some cuisines are presented in the next parts of the article.
