How a woman's body changes during pregnancy?

Legs during pregnancy

by Richard Kozinski

Many pregnant women experience sudden leg cramps. You feel it as something is crawling on your legs or you have an uncontrollable urge to move your legs, especially at night. This signs may be caused by low iron or potassium. You should stretch your legs before bed and get regular exercise. You can try adding a potassium-rich banana to your diet as well. Perhaps you ought to test your iron levels. If they are too low, you will need a higher iron supplement.
