It is said that this diet is one of the most reasonable program as it is diversified and we provide our body with all the necessary nutrients: carbohydrates, micronutrients and vitamins. You can lose from six to eight kilograms a month.

To achieve expected results you should not only reduce an amount of calories but also choose proper food. The next important rule is eating small portions a few times a day. You ought to remember that even the tiniest snack is treated as a meal. The best solution is eating five meals a day: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. Dinner should be eaten not later than at 7 p.m.

During planning your menu the caloric table is very useful. You will find there charts with caloric value of food. To estimate the caloric value of your meal you must weigh every ingredients and count the calories. If you plan your meals correctly, the caloric balance will be negative.

Cereal products (wheat and whole-wheat bread, cornflakes, buckwheat groats), eggs, skimmed milk and dairy products (sugar-free yoghurt, skimmed cheese or cottage cheese), lean meat and fish are highly recommended.
